ABOUT ME
As a mother of two, I balance family life with my passion for fitness and cherish my role as an optimist and friend. For the past five years, I've worked as a full-time lash artist, driven by my love for beauty.
My sister first suggested I take a lash course when I was caring for my grandmother and raising my young children. Though hesitant at first, I found myself increasingly drawn to the craft, immersing myself in learning through videos.
In June 2019, I discovered a classic lash training course. To fund it, I painted my parents' home for three intense days, earning $1,000. This covered both the course and basic supplies to start my journey.
Five years later, I've grown through extensive training and now educate aspiring lash artists. I remain dedicated to mastering new techniques in this dynamic industry.

Lash Extensions

Brow Lamination
Brow lamination is a non-invasive treatment that enhances the appearance of your eyebrows by lifting and setting the hairs in place, giving them a fuller, more defined look. This treatment restructures brow hairs to stay in a desired shape, helping to achieve a sleek, polished, and symmetrical appearance. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
• Ensure there is no makeup around your eye area
• Avoid caffeine or energy drinks 5 hours prior to your appointment
• If you have any flu like symptoms, please reschedule / cancel your appointment for the safety of others
• No extra guests in the studio
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
All bookings require a $50 non refundable deposit to secure your desired booking time and date. The deposit will be deducted from the final service price on the day cash or card.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations will forfeit their deposit however, deposits can be transferred to a later date with a minimum of 48 hours notice. All rescheduled appointments that fail to provide 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit and will be charged 50% of the service price. A new deposit is needed in order to rebook.
INFILLS
Infills are recommended every 2 - 3 weeks after a full set and require at least 50% of clients previous set to qualify. If the set is below 50% client will be charged a full set at the appointment. If you are unsure if you qualify for an infill feel free to send me photos of your lashes to advise accordingly.
No refunds will be given under any circumstances
Foreign fills are not accepted at Timeless Academy. If you have a set from another artist please schedule a removal + full set.
LATE ARRIVAL AND NO SHOWS
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If client is arriving late to appointment, please provide notice via text. Any later than 15 minutes with no communication will result in a terminated appointment and forfeited deposit.
If you are more than 30 minute late for your appointment, your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged the full costs of the set you have booked.
Failure to provide notice as to why you cannot make appointment will result in the inability to book with us in the future.
PAYMENT
The remaining balance is deducted from the deposit on the day.
